Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel with us up to 30 days before you are due to arrive, we will happily refund you 100%, minus credit card fees.
**50% refund of the total booking fee if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
**No refund if you cancel fewer than 14 days before check-in

Balance due Policy:
If customer balance due is not paid by the due date, (30 days before arrival, if booking in advance) we will send an email reminder; after which we reserve the right to try to fill the reservation, and as a result cancel your booking. Please note refunds of any deposits paid in this case follow the regular refund policy above.

Pet Policy:
We welcome your pets! Please keep dogs on a leash when outside and do clean up after your pet. All pets must have an up-to-date rabies vaccination and be in good health. All dogs must be house trained and non-aggressive.

Damage Policy:
The unit you rent is clean and in good condition, it is your responsibility to leave it in the same condition at the end of your stay.
Please contact us if there is any damage, we can be very understanding. In case of damage, we will make repairs and replacements as time allows, and will bill you, the balance due. By renting with us, the registering guest agrees to be responsible for and liable for paying for damages done by yourself and others.

All cottages and property without exception are non-smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the cabins or anywhere on the property and will result in immediate expulsion of the residents of the cabin without any compensation or refund. Any smoke related cleaning expense or damage will be charged to the registered guest.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is after 3pm, and check-out is before 10 am to allow us time to clean each cabin. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us to inquire about early check-in or late check-out; prior approval is required.
Minimum check-in age is 19.
You must report all persons (children included) who will stay in the cabin, or on the property.
Departure must be by 10:00am. Any late departure will be charged one more night. Please leave your keys on the counter in your unit. Any loss of key will be charged $20.00.
